Britt Daniels is the Director of Public Relations at Worklife Wellness, where he champions the cultivation of mind, body, and community. His journey into wellness began during a personal crisis in college, leading him to Japan where he discovered meditation and yoga. This transformative experience ignited his passion for mindfulness, thoughtful movement, and holistic healing. A Georgetown University graduate in African American Studies and Philosophy, Britt holds NASM CPT and 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certifications. His dedication to a balanced lifestyle has made him a notable figure in Washington, D.C.'s wellness and fitness community, positively impacting thousands of lives.
Nick Graziano, founder of WorkLife Wellness, holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Longwood University. With over a decade of experience running his own personal training business, Nick brings a wealth of expertise in fitness and wellness. His passion for helping and educating others inspired him to create a corporate wellness company dedicated to improving the well-being of professionals.
A DMV native, discovered his passion for wellness after experiencing firsthand the consequences of neglecting health. Determined to make a change, he began attending a local boxing gym daily, where his dedication caught the eye of the trainers. Soon after, Obi was hired and quickly advanced from a trainee to a coach, all while maintaining a full-time marketing career that led to over a decade of marketing experience, which began during his time at the University of Maryland, College Park. His passions for psychology, sociology, and leveraging audio-visual formats, along with his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, fuel his mission to make wellness as accessible and comprehensive as possible for everyone.
Lais moved to the DC area from Brazil in 2019 after obtaining a master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. She brings a unique blend of analytical skills and creative passion for social media content and design to her role, driving engagement and promoting health and wellness through dynamic online presence.
